The new Dwight E. Wagner Welcome Center is envisioned as the “front porch” of the Geneva College campus, providing a central hub for prospective students and their families when they visit. Designed with a focus on hospitality, the facility will offer a warm and welcoming space for all visitors, playing a pivotal role in the college’s continued efforts to enhance enrollment and strengthen connections within the broader community.
We are excited to announce that construction for the new Dwight E. Wagner Welcome Center is set to begin in early September 2025. This much-anticipated addition to our campus will be an asset for future Golden Tornadoes, visitors, and current students alike. However, we want to keep you informed about how the construction process will affect daily life on campus throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.
Geneva alumni and friends have demonstrated extraordinary support for the Advancing Faith & Learning Campaign so far. In that time, we have fully funded the Dwight E. Wagner Welcome Center, and surpassed the Endowment campaign objective.
In 2025 we will be asking the Geneva alumni and friends to help us raise the remaining funds to complete the campaign, ensuring that Geneva College is equipped to advance faith and learning into future.
Campaigns improve college campuses in significant ways. Success in this campaign will benefit Geneva’s enrollment, scholarship, financial sustainability, and the use of Old Main regardless of mobility. We are grateful for the generosity demonstrated by Geneva’s Boards, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends in this endeavor.

“People matter. People's heart for God's work matters. People's partnership matters. Our work is to connect people to the mission of Geneva College in a way that gives them joy, knowing they are making a difference in the lives of students for the next generation.” -Marvin L. Dewey, EdD, President, Geneva College Foundation.
